1. Organizer, rules and duration of the campaign
1.1. Organizer
The organizer of the campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is ROUTINE PARIS ROMANIA SRL, with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 3, Splaiul UNIRII, No. 373-381, OFFICE 4, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2025027687003, CUI RO51648733, represented by Neculai Carmen Larisa Administrator, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."
1.2. Duration and location of the Campaign
The "Back to school with Routine Paris" Campaign will run from September 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. until September 30, 2025, at 10:00 p.m., in all Routine Paris physical stores in Romania, as well as online at www.routineparis.com/ro. After the end of the Campaign, fulfillment of the conditions mentioned in these Official Rules no longer confers the right to participate in it.
The Organizer may decide at any time to change the duration of the Campaign by concluding an addendum to these Rules, which will be brought to the attention of the participants.
1.3. Products participating in the campaign
The subject of the campaign is all products sold by Routine Paris Romania that are appropriately marked and listed in Annex 1 below.
1.4. Rules
All persons participating in the "BACK TO SCHOOL WITH ROUTINE PARIS" Campaign must read and accept the terms and conditions of these rules, which are binding on all participants. It is the participants' responsibility to read the provisions of these rules prior to participating in the campaign. The Campaign will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). Participants in this Campaign are required to comply with the terms and conditions of these Rules, which are available free of charge to any applicant, online or in any Routine Paris store.
The responsibility for taking note of the official rules lies entirely with the participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify and/or supplement the Rules, implicitly any of the conditions regarding the organization of the Campaign, as well as the right to suspend and/or terminate and/or extend its duration, by concluding an addendum to the Rules, which will be made public in the manner described above.
2. Right to participate
2.1. Individuals
Any individual who is at least 18 years of age on the date of the start of the promotional campaign and who purchases one or more products that are the subject of this promotion during the aforementioned period is eligible to participate in this promotional campaign.
2.2. Acceptance of participation
Participation in this Campaign implies full, express, and unequivocal knowledge, compliance, and acceptance of these Rules, as well as the participant's agreement. Participants undertake to comply with and abide by all the terms, conditions, and provisions of these Rules.
3. Campaign mechanism
During the period mentioned above in Article 1.2, certain products will benefit from promotional offers.
The promotional offer applied during the campaign is: - 20% discount on the full price for the products listed in Annex 1 below. This applies strictly to the listed products and will be marked accordingly. The offer is valid while stocks last between September 5 and 30, 2025. It cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts (e.g., discount codes)!

Products purchased directly from Routine Paris physical stores can be exchanged/replaced within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (this term applies exclusively to non-compliant goods, whose non-compliance was noticed shortly after purchase), in the same Routine Paris physical store where they were purchased and only on the basis of the original purchase document (receipt/invoice/bank statement), given the specific nature of the products and hygiene rules, the products being, according to the legislation in force, classified as personal care products, with the following aspects being specified:
a. The exchange/replacement procedure is valid for products purchased by the customer that are non-compliant (for example: they have a hidden defect/manufacturing defect that is not visible at the time of purchase);
b. If the customer wishes to return a compliant product, it may be exchanged for another product of at least the same value. The product that the customer intends to exchange must be intact, in its original packaging, sealed, and in a condition that allows it to be put back on sale, without any signs of improper handling and/or testing, use, and without any other physical/aesthetic changes;
c. Products sold directly/personally to the Customer as part of promotional campaigns can only be exchanged during the validity/duration of the campaign, even if this is shorter;
Products sold directly/personally to the Customer outside of promotional campaigns or special offers cannot be replaced with products that, at the time of return for exchange, benefit from a reduced price as part of promotional campaigns or other special offers;
In the case of the return of non-compliant products that were purchased in a promotional campaign or based on a coupon/promotional code, carried out after the end of the respective promotional campaign or after the use of the coupon/discount code, the buyer will be refunded the amount actually paid for the returned product;
If the buyer has benefited from a special offer, receiving other promotional products/gifts along with the purchased product(s), they must return all products received, including promotional/gift items. If all promotional/gift products received are not returned, the return will not be accepted;
If the buyer, by purchasing the product(s), benefited from a special offer that allowed them, under certain conditions, to purchase one or more products offered in exchange for their order or to receive various promotional samples at no additional cost, it will be considered that by returning the product(s), the buyer is no longer eligible to benefit from that offer or those samples. More specifically, if the value of the returned products exceeds 50% of the amount paid for the initial purchase, the buyer will have to return the product(s) they wish to return only together with the samples/gifts/promotions or vouchers/products, etc. received, or the product(s) purchased on offer in exchange for the order of the returned product(s), so that Routine Paris can process their return request. Thus, products received as gifts/promotional items or as bonuses/samples, etc., must be sealed, in their original packaging, unused, without physical/aesthetic modifications, dents, scratches, mechanical shocks, etc., and suitable for resale.
Products can only be exchanged if they are in the same condition in which they were sold, show no signs of modification/alteration/faulty handling, are accompanied by all the accessories with which the product was delivered, as well as the instructions, show no signs of use, etc., and only on the basis of the original tax document certifying the purchase. Failure to meet the above conditions will result in Routine Paris being unable to process the return request.
Returns of products unsealed by the customer are only accepted if the product(s) purchased has/have a hidden defect, a manufacturing defect, and was/were not visible at the time of purchase of the product(s) from the Routine Paris store. According to the definition in Article 2(21) of Government Ordinance No. 21/1992, republished with subsequent amendments and additions, a hidden defect is a qualitative deficiency in a product that was not known and could not have been known by the consumer through the usual means of verification at the time of purchase. By way of example, we list the following situations: non-compliant content from the manufacturer; the container of a product shows signs of deformation from the manufacturer, etc.
Routine Paris may refuse to cooperate with consumers who have abused the possibility of returning products. They will be notified prior to the imposition of restrictions on the sale of products or services.
Products that are not accepted for return, regardless of the method of purchase:
Compliant products that have been unsealed after delivery/purchase, which cannot be resold, which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (e.g., care products, makeup, perfumes, etc.).
Compliant/non-compliant products that show physical changes, dents, scratches, mechanical shocks, etc.
Products made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
Failure to meet the above conditions will result in Routine Paris being unable to process the return/exchange request.
The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures against attempts at fraud, abuse, and any other circumstances that could affect the image or costs of this campaign. The Organizer is not responsible for participation in the Campaign outside the aforementioned participation period.
4. Interruption of the Campaign
The Campaign may be interrupted in the event of force majeure or by unilateral decision of the Organizer, the interruption being made public by publishing the relevant information on the website: www.routineparis.com/ro and in participating stores.
Force majeure means any event that cannot be controlled, remedied, or foreseen by the Organizer and whose occurrence makes it impossible for the Organizer to fulfill its obligations under these Rules (e.g., any incident affecting access to the website).
If a force majeure situation prevents or delays, in whole or in part, the start, continuation, or completion of the campaign, the Organizer shall be exempt from liability for the fulfillment of its obligations for the period during which such fulfillment is prevented or delayed. The Organizer is obliged to communicate the occurrence of the force majeure event to the campaign participants as soon as possible after it occurs.
In the situations referred to above, the Organizer is exempt from any liability towards the campaign participants and is not required to pay any compensation to the participants and/or third parties.
5. Early termination of the Campaign
The Organizer reserves the right to interrupt or suspend the Campaign at any time for reasons beyond its control or in the event of events that would significantly hinder the optimal running of the Campaign. The Organizer will inform the public as soon as possible about the suspension or interruption of the Campaign.
6. Protection of personal data
Through these Campaign Rules, the Organizer and its partners undertake to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). By registering, participants consent to the processing of their name, telephone number, and email address.
By providing their data, participants expressly agree to its inclusion in the Organizer's database for purposes that include the fulfillment of any tax obligations. Purposes of data use: statistical reporting, informing participants about future promotions, offers, marketing, and advertising.
Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to object to its processing, by submitting a written request to the Organizer's address mentioned above.
Participants in the Campaign also express their express and unequivocal consent for their personal data to be entered into the Organizer's database in order to fulfill the tax obligations incumbent upon the Campaign Organizers.
Routine Paris Romania S.R.L. guarantees that the processing of any personal data will be carried out in compliance with the law and undertakes to limit access to the data collected and not to disclose any personal data to third parties, except to its representatives authorized to process personal data.
7. Applicable law and dispute resolution
The applicable law is Romanian law.
Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the campaign shall be settled amicably; if such a settlement is not possible, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts in Bucharest, in accordance with Romanian law.
8. Final provisions
By participating in this campaign, participants agree to comply with and abide by all the provisions, terms, and conditions of these Rules. The Organizer's decisions regarding the Campaign are final and applicable to all Participants. The Campaign Rules will be available free of charge to any applicant at www.routineparis.com/ro as well as in all participating stores.
