The Routine Paris e-commerce website, accessible at the following address: www.routineparis.com (the “Website”), is an e-commerce website accessible via the Internet and open to all users of this network. 1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the offer and sale of products on the Routine Paris Website within the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
1.2. In order to be eligible to purchase products on the Website, customers must:
(a) be at least 18 years of age or, in the case of minors, be duly authorized by their legal representative;
(b) be a consumer, i.e. act as a natural person for purposes unrelated to any commercial, industrial, craft, or professional activity; and
(c) be in possession of a valid debit or credit card.
1.3. This contract will be executed in the language of the country where your delivery address is located and will be governed by the laws of that country (the “Country”). You can consult the list of countries and their applicable laws by clicking here. These laws are referred to as “local laws” in these terms and conditions of sale.
1.4. Before placing an order for a product on the Service or through Customer Service, customers are asked to expressly accept these Terms and Conditions. Customers may save or print these Terms and Conditions, which are also available at any time on the Site. These Terms and Conditions may be modified from time to time.
1.5. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to an order are those published on the Website at the time the customer places the order. In accordance with applicable laws relating to electronic signatures, placing an order as detailed below is considered an electronic signature and proof of the order and the amount due.
1.6. By checking the appropriate boxes during the order or registration process on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept, without limitation or reservation, these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Terms of Use for the Site and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products
2.1. Product information is available on the Site and provided in accordance with local laws.
2.2. We take all reasonable professional measures to ensure that all details, descriptions, product images appearing on the Site are correct at the time the applicable information is entered into the system. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that such details, descriptions and product images are absolutely accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date or error-free.
2.3. The products described on the Site, as well as any samples we may provide to the customer, are for personal use only. Customers may not sell or resell any of these products or samples. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of products or samples supplied to the customer if this number is contrary to the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Prices
3.1. All prices indicated for the products available on the Site include VAT at the current rate and are expressed in the local currency. Delivery costs are indicated to the customer before the order is finalized. They are added to the price of the products and indicated separately on the order form. For more information, please also refer to the Delivery section of the Site.
3.2. We regularly check that the prices displayed on the Site are correct, but we cannot guarantee that there are no errors. In the event of an obvious error in the price of a product, we will offer the customer the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or canceling their order.
3.3. Prices are subject to change from time to time. The applicable prices are those published on the Site on the date the customer places their order.

4. Order
4.1. The customer may browse the Site freely without being obliged to place an order. If the customer chooses to place an order, they will be guided through the process by a series of simple instructions indicated on the Site or by Customer Service.
4.2. To place an order, the customer must enter the quantity of the product they wish to purchase (up to 6 (six) products of the same reference), with a maximum value of $1,200 (one thousand two hundred dollars) per order. In addition, we must also limit orders to a maximum of three (3) orders per customer per day. The customer may purchase up to 12 (twelve) units in total per transaction.
4.3. The customer then clicks on “Buy” to add the selected product in the desired quantity to the “Shopping Cart.” The customer may choose to continue shopping and add other products to their Shopping Cart, or proceed to checkout by clicking on the “Proceed to checkout” button. “ button. At any time during their shopping, the customer can check the products in the Shopping Cart by clicking on ”My Shopping Cart.“ The customer can remove products from their Shopping Cart by clicking on ”Remove" next to the selected product in the Shopping Cart. If applicable in the Country, the customer may save a product as a favorite by clicking on “Add to favorites.” The product will then be moved to the customer's favorites section in “My Account.” To access favorites from any computer, the customer must register or log in to their account.
4.4. The customer must follow the instructions on the screen to confirm their payment on the Website. The customer may at any time correct errors in the data they have entered, modify the contents of the Shopping Cart by adding or removing products, or cancel their entire order before it is submitted. Before placing an order on the Site, the customer has the opportunity to check and modify all details, including billing and delivery information, before confirming their order. In addition, the customer must acknowledge and confirm that they have read all the instructions provided during the ordering process and that they accept these Terms and Conditions by confirming on the Site (e.g., by checking a box). The customer finalizes their order for products on the Site by clicking on the “Confirm and Pay” button at the end of the ordering process.
4.5. Once the order has been submitted, a confirmation page will be displayed and the customer will quickly receive an email confirming receipt of their order. In accordance with local law, the email confirming receipt of the order contains a summary of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, information on the main characteristics of the products purchased, detailed information on the price and means of payment, information on delivery costs, information on the conditions and means of exercising the right of cancellation, the address to which complaints should be sent, information on assistance services and existing commercial guarantees.
4.6. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours of placing the order, the customer may contact us by email at office[at]routineparis.com for assistance.
4.7. For any questions or problems during the order, or for any questions relating to a previous order, the customer may contact us by email at office[at]routineparis.com. For faster service, customers are invited to have their order number ready.

5. Promotional codes
5.1. If promotional codes are applicable in the Country, customers must enter their code in the “Promotional code” box during checkout on the Site in order to use it. Promotional codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as they appear.
5.2. When a promotional code is accepted, the offer is displayed in the “Order Verification” section.
5.3. Only one promotional code can be used per order.

6. Gift wrapping service
6.1. We always take special care with orders. We will be happy to prepare a beautiful gift package for the additional fee indicated on the website.
6.2. If the customer wishes to have their order wrapped in gift wrapping, they should simply click on the “Gift wrapping” option when “Proceeding to checkout.”
6.3. In the event that an order request with “Gift wrapping” includes more than one product, we will prepare a single gift box for all products.

7. Payment
7.1. Customers can pay for products by credit card. The following credit cards are accepted for payments on the Site:

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

  • Cash on delivery

  • Direct bank transfer

7.2. We do not accept credit cards with billing addresses outside the EEA.
7.3. Products will not be invoiced to customers before shipment.
7.4. To ensure customer security, the customer's name and billing address must match those on the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet this criterion.
7.5. All credit card holders may be subject to validation and authorization checks by the credit card issuer. If a customer's payment card issuer refuses or does not authorize payment for any reason, either before or after payment, we cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver.
7.6. The purchase price applicable at that time will be charged to your payment card. By placing an order on the Site, you expressly authorize us to perform this credit card validation check and, for legitimate purposes only and to the extent permitted by applicable regulations, to transmit or obtain information (including updated information) about you or from third parties, including, without limitation, your payment card number, in order to confirm your identity, validate your payment card, obtain authorization for the payment card, and authorize individual purchase transactions.

8. Order processing
8.1. Products are generally shipped within 2 to 5 business days. For information about delivery, customers can contact us by email at the following address: office[at]routineparis.com
8.2. Customers can check the status of their most recent orders by going to the Orders page in My Account on the website. This is the quickest and easiest way to get the latest information about orders.
8.3. When the customer clicks on the Orders page, they will be asked to log in with their email address and password. An order summary page will then provide detailed information about current and previous orders. Once an order has been shipped, the corresponding tracking number will be displayed, if applicable. Customers can track the delivery status of their order through our carrier by clicking on “Shipped Orders” under the Orders heading. Some carriers take up to 24 business hours after shipment to display tracking information.
8.4. Orders are sometimes canceled in whole or in part by our systems for various reasons, including:

Item(s) unavailable, although we make every effort to ensure that unavailable items are displayed as such on the Site;

  • Unable to process payment information;

  • Unable to deliver to the address provided;

  • Duplicate order;

  • Cancellation following a customer request.

8.5. If an order is canceled, the customer will receive an email explaining the reason for the cancellation. Customers will not be charged for canceled orders. If the customer wishes to place a new order or has questions about a canceled order, they can contact Routine Paris by email at office[at]routineparis.com.

9 Delivery
9.1. Orders are shipped only on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
9.2. We cannot process orders with a PO box as the shipping address.
9.3. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are indicated separately on the order form and delivery note. No shipping costs are charged for purchases exceeding the amount displayed on the website.
9.4. In accordance with local laws, products are delivered within thirty (30) working days from the day following the date of the customer's order, unless we inform the customer, including by email, within the same period, of the unavailability of the products ordered, including temporary unavailability.

10. Droit de rétractation
10.1. We are committed to providing customers with the highest quality products possible. However, if the customer believes that the products received do not meet their expectations and in accordance with local laws, the customer has the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) business days from the date on which the products were received.
10.2. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date on which you—or a third party acting on your behalf and who is not the carrier—received the products. For contracts involving multiple products delivered separately, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you—or a third party acting on your behalf and who is not the carrier—received the last product of the order.
10.3. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, except in the case of defects in the products or incomplete or incorrect delivery. If a personalized product is delivered damaged or proves to be defective, the customer must immediately contact Customer Service at the following address: office[at]routineparis.com
10.4. The customer's intention to exercise their right of cancellation may be communicated to us by email at office[at]routineparis.com, attaching the order details, including the order number and a description of the products being returned. You may also, without obligation, use the cancellation form provided in Appendix I to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to notify us of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period. The customer will find a delivery note in the order package containing the details of the order and information on our return process. If the products indicated on the delivery note do not correspond to the products included in your delivery, the customer must immediately inform us by email at office[at]routineparis.com.
10.5. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased on the Routine Paris website, please follow the steps below:
1) Complete the Returns section on the back of the invoice (attached to your original order) and place it in the return package. Be sure to keep a copy of the invoice. If you wish to make an exchange, fill in the exchange information and indicate your credit card number. If you are returning or exchanging an item that was given to you as a gift, check the “Gift Return” box on the back of the invoice.
2) For your convenience, the invoice includes a return label that you must affix to the return package. If you do not have this label, please contact our customer service department by email at office[at]routineparis.com.
3) Your return will be processed upon receipt and all exchanges will be shipped by standard parcel delivery. The processing and delivery time for return parcels varies from 7 to 10 working days on average from the date of receipt. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive confirmation by email when your return or exchange request has been received and processed.
10.6. Our Customer Service will send an authorization number and confirmation by email to the customer, who is asked to keep this authorization number for future reference with Customer Service regarding this matter.
10.7. If the customer returns the products for reasons other than defects found in the products or incomplete or incorrect delivery, they must arrange and pay for the return of the products.
10.8. When exercising the right of cancellation, we undertake to refund the customer the full price of the products within fourteen (14) days of receiving the cancellation, provided that the products are returned unused-used and undamaged, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your cancellation notice, and where we receive proof of return before the refund. We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided proof of return of the products, whichever is earlier. Refunds will only be made to the credit card originally used. We will send an email to inform the customer once the refund has been made.
10.9. We strongly recommend that you return the package using a tracked shipping service (requiring a signature upon receipt).
10.10. The above provisions apply only to online purchases. Products purchased in stores are subject to the store's return policy. Returns or exchanges of products purchased in a Routine Paris store cannot be made for products purchased on the Routine Paris website. Returns or exchanges of products purchased online are not accepted in Routine Paris stores.

11. Non-conformity
11.1. In the event of non-conformity of the products under local laws, the legal guarantees established by local laws shall apply. The customer has the right to request that the products be brought into conformity free of charge by means of repair or replacement. If one of the above solutions fails, the customer may request an appropriate reduction in the price of the products or the cancellation of the contract. The customer waives these rights if they do not inform us of the lack of conformity within a reasonable time after discovering it. We can only be held liable if the lack of conformity appears within three (3) years of delivery of the products.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with French law.
12.2. Any dispute arising from the formation, interpretation or performance of this contract shall be submitted to the competent French courts or any other competent judicial authority.
